Job Summary
Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration. Support clients in activities, community outings, and skill-building while documenting daily notes, training steps, and updates in Therap. Communicate important information to supervisors and team members while following safety, infection control, and agency policies. Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and positive interactions in a residential setting. This role requires working overnight shifts (Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM) and rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM). Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license.

- Ability to pass required background and reference checks
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Overnight Shift Availability Required
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): 8:00 PM/9:00 PM – 8:00 AM/9:00 AM
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours
- Regular standing

Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver)
