Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks (personal hygiene, food preparation, house cleaning, shopping), supervising health needs and medications, helping participants access community outings, and promoting dignity and rights. Requires High School Diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, age 21+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to work in all weather conditions. New Horizons is a non-profit organization with eight residential settings, day programs, habilitation, and group supported employment.
