Direct Support Professional 3-11pm or Weekends $600 Hiring Bonus

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in day-to-day living activities within home and community settings. Support residents by helping them develop skills and reach personal goals while maintaining a safe environment. Work directly with people to encourage independence and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented residential location. The role requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass background checks. Candidates must be 18 years old or older. Evening shifts (3-11pm) and weekend availability are required. Starting pay is $16.00/hour, with additional incentives available for experience or a CNA license.
