Job Summary
Conduct behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data for residents with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Provide assistance with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping while teaching functional skills to support personal goals. Supervise individuals during healthcare appointments and community outings, resolving problem behaviors using approved crisis techniques. Complete required paperwork and maintain effective communication with families and guardians. Work onsite in Upper Pittsgrove, NJ on the 2nd shift (Sunday through Tuesday) for 31 hours weekly at $19.61-$20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License in the candidates' legal name and current address
- One year minimum driving experience
- License should be in good standing and free of restrictions
- Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Must be available for 2nd shift (Sunday 9a-10p, Monday 2p-11p, Tuesday 2p-10p = 31 hours Full Time)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
