Job Summary
Conduct behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data for residents with autism and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping. Provide personal care, supervision, and teach functional skills to support life growth and community transitions. Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and provide safe transportation while resolving problem behaviors using approved crisis techniques. Complete required paperwork, maintain effective communication with families, and adhere to safety standards. Full-time 30-hour 2nd shift role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License in the candidates' legal name and current address
- One year minimum driving experience
- License should be in good standing and free of restrictions
- Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Must be available for Sunday 11a-11p, Monday & Tuesday 2p-11p shifts
- Must be available for 30 hours Full Time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
