Job Summary
Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration while supporting community outings and skill-building. Document daily notes, training steps, and updates in Therap, and communicate critical information to supervisors. Maintain safety, infection control, and agency policies in a residential setting. Work a consistent 1st weekday shift in Spartanburg, SC, with potential reassignment to other sites based on staffing needs. Requires valid driver's license, high school diploma, and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Social Security number
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to pass required background and reference checks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk regularly
