Job Summary
Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day program setting by assisting with leisure activities, community inclusion, and relationship building. Encourage choice-making, independence, and self-direction while helping individuals build skills and connections within their community. Provide daily support for living and personal life skills, including meals, personal hygiene, and housekeeping tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment and collaborate with team members to support individual service plans and goals. Transport individuals using a company van. This full-time, 1st shift role includes paid training, PTO, health insurance, and a Simple IRA match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
