Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will ensure the well-being, growth, and safety of participants in our Individualized Day program. Responsibilities include supporting residents with daily living activities, creating personalized daily schedules, promoting community inclusion, and assisting with community-based employment. You will facilitate enrichment activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and ensure compliance with licensing standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and preferably one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and well-being
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferably one year of experience in rehabilitation, education, or residential programs
