Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living tasks including moving, dressing, bathing, and toileting, while performing housekeeping and laundry duties. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of those served through positive direction and instruction. Maintain dignity and respect while documenting care progress using basic computer skills. Requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, a valid driver's license, and successful background clearance. Full-time and part-time schedules available with weekend and holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Passion for Helping Others
- Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A successful background clearance
- Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
