Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (On Call) at WellLife Network provides comprehensive care to individuals served to promote independence, including activities such as budgeting, grooming, nutritional planning, transportation, community resource use, shopping, housekeeping, health monitoring, adaptive living skills, and vocational/social development. Responsibilities include supervising/assisting with daily living activities, tracking progress in case notes, coordinating safety during emergencies, administering medication supervision, supporting training and goal progression, facilitating participation in recreation and community activities, attending mandatory trainings, maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation, and collaborating with an inter-disciplinary team. Requires ability to read/write documentation, lift/carry supplies, and travel to residences or trainings; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Experience working with adults with behavioral health or other disabilities preferred
