Job Summary
Provide individualized 1:1 support and skill-building through In-Home Supports with Training (IHS/SILS) services; assist members with daily living goals in a supportive, engaging, and community-focused environment; encourage independence through hands-on teaching experiences, community outings, recreational activities, and everyday life skills; transport members to appointments, activities, and community events using company-provided transportation; build positive relationships while supporting social engagement, confidence, and personal growth; work with multiple members throughout the week, creating a unique experience where no two days are the same; maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all members.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
