Job Summary
Support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries by building meaningful relationships and encouraging their independence. Take members on community outings to parks, restaurants, and events using company-provided transportation. Teach everyday life skills through hands-on experiences while fostering confidence, social engagement, and personal growth in a respectful atmosphere. Start at $15.00/hour with flexible full-time or part-time shifts of 8–12 hours. Receive paid training and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
