Direct Support Professional 1:1 (Day Hab)

Manage one volunteer's day habilitation plan by executing service activities across self-care, recreation, and community inclusion while assisting with crisis behavior management. Collect data, write narrative notes, and document observations to ensure accurate assessments of capabilities and deficits. Report changes in behavior, function, and physical condition to the Site Manager, PC, and clinical departments to maintain safety and oversight. Attend scheduled meetings and in-service training to discuss volunteer status and determine clinical modifications. Drive as requested while adhering to corporate compliance and COMPASS standards.
