Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Sevita delivering community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping participants grow, learn, and live well; building real relationships; supporting personal goals and activities; assisting with budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and personal hygiene; and providing compassionate, patient care. Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year post permit and a clean motor vehicle report. Part-time, PRN/float shifts in Minot, ND, with competitive pay and benefits; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; six months of human services/direct care experience preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills are essential.
