Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals in a residential group home support up to six male residents with autism and developmental disabilities. Provides hands-on, person-centered individualized care and supervision, collaborating with a team to implement behavioral interventions, documentation, and daily living activities. Role involves lifting/transport in a company van, house cleaning, toileting/showering assistance, job coaching, and adhering to safety protocols. Requires ability to intervene when needed, read/write documentation, and maintain professional communication with clients and families. Full-time schedule includes evening shifts with a pro-rated $1,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
