Job Summary
Provide direct support within residential settings for 4-6 individuals, assisting with daily living activities (personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community orientation, shopping), health maintenance, medication administration, and social/behavioral development; accurately document progress and activity, maintain confidentiality, support financial management and rights, accompany to medical appointments as needed, and collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, person-centered approach aligned with individual service plans.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- All state-required training(s) and certification(s) completed in mandated timeframes.
