Job Summary
Direct Support Mentor at RHA Health Services provides mentorship, training, and leadership to Direct Support Employees in residential and day settings. Responsibilities include guiding staff to identify and pursue personal outcomes for people supported, assisting with service delivery per Person Centered Plans, ensuring supervision and coverage across shifts, and promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life. The role involves coaching staff, facilitating training, ensuring safety and cleanliness of living environments, supporting daily living tasks, community integration, and adherence to company policies, with required certifications and background checks. Requires a High School diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and appropriate credentialing (Med Tech, NCI) as well as compliance with pre-employment screenings and licensure requirements; may require driving or vehicle use for program needs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to personal vehicle insurance (if required)

- Criminal background check and pre-employment screenings (drug, registry, etc.)
- Proficiency in CPR from floor level; ability to perform related physical requirements
