Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to adults with ASD or other disabilities by accompanying them to community activities, restaurants, shopping, parks, and local events. Assist with daily routines, transportation to appointments, and goal setting while encouraging participation in hobbies, fitness, and social opportunities. Complete accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and the support team. Follow individualized support plans and agency policies while attending required trainings. This role offers flexible scheduling and requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Kindly provides personalized support services to help individuals build independence and strengthen community connections throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete required paid training

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, education, behavioral health, recreation, coaching, or human services
- CPR and First Aid certification
