Direct Support Medical Coordinator at Sevita supports individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll assist participants with personal care, support behavioral challenges, help achieve developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and enable participation in community activities. Role requires a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle report, and experience working with people with high medical needs.
