Job Summary
Lead and supervise staff in residential and community-based settings while delivering direct services to individuals served. Responsibilities include providing skilled services per the Individual Plan (IP) and treatment team, leading staffing and recruitment efforts, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely, coordinating shift objectives, supporting training and onboarding, supervising progress reviews, and delivering skills training, job coaching, and behavior management as part of person-centered supports. The role emphasizes strong leadership, supervision, communication, attention to detail, compassionate approach, and commitment to quality in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
