Job Summary
Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants. Drives staffing coordination, supervision, and crisis management during 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday). Plays a key role in staff training, documentation accuracy, incident investigations, and adherence to Individual Plans and treatment teams. Collaborates with supervisors to plan shift objectives, supports staff in delivering skills training and behavior management, and ensures compliance with company policies and external regulatory standards. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individual receiving services
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required
