Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services to individuals served. Attend training sessions, participate in community outings, and serve as a role model ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely. Assist with house staffing needs and recruitment, while reviewing individual progress to coordinate and implement shift objectives. Deliver services including skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan and treatment team. Requires a high school diploma, two years of direct services experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
