Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management. Attend training for individuals served to ensure their objectives and company goals are achieved, and review individual progress to coordinate and implement shift objectives. Participate in community outings, conduct house orientation for new employees, and assist with staffing needs and recruitment. Serve as a role model to staff, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of direct services experience, a current driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available with a full compensation and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience in providing direct services in the human services field
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
