Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services to individuals served. Attend training for individuals to ensure objectives are met, participate in community outings and house orientation, and serve as a role model to assure accurate and timely documentation. Assist with house staffing needs and recruitment, review individual progress, and coordinate shift objectives. Deliver services including skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan and treatment team. Requires a high school diploma, two years of direct services experience, a current driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification.
