Direct Support _ Lead MPA

Lead Life Skills Trainers in residence and community settings while providing direct services to program participants. Participate in client training, coordinate community outings, and serve as a role model for house staff ensuring accurate documentation. Reassign staffing assignments, facilitate staff problem-solving, and initiate corrective interventions as required. Assume immediate leadership during crises, implement personal interventions, and coordinate accident/injury report investigations. Provide coaching to ensure therapeutic goals are met and deliver skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per Individual Plans. Review client progress, implement shift objectives, and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulatory standards. Complete mandatory training and annual refresher courses.
