Job Summary
Conduct daily support and oversight for clients in the Intensive Residential Support Home, assisting with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living. Administer medications safely when certified and document all care in required records. Provide protective supervision, report immediate allegations of abuse or unsafe conditions to the Program Manager, and implement behavior intervention plans as needed. Accompany clients to appointments and transport them for errands while maintaining confidentiality. Complete all shift documentation and required trainings before ending the shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school education or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license
- At least one years' experience working with individuals with a mental illness or multi-occurring conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Medication manager or certified medication aide preferred
- Experience supporting individuals who experience problem behaviors preferred
