Job Summary
As a Direct Support Caregiver at Sevita, you’ll be responsible for helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene. You will create meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, taking initiatives to help them engage in community activities and overcome behavioral challenges. You must demonstrate compassion, patience, and reliability in your role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MN driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
