Job Summary
Direct Support Caregiver role providing hands-on assistance and strategies to individuals served by Sevita in their homes and community. Responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, supporting participants in achieving developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), fostering participation in community activities, and maintaining compassionate, patient, reliable support alongside a clinical team. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and access to a insured vehicle; prior experience in human services or direct care is preferred. Schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts with specific evening and overnight hours. Competitive pay with full benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
