Direct Support Caregiver

Direct Support Caregiver needed to join Sevita’s REM Community Services, providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting daily activities and personal goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), building meaningful relationships, and helping participants participate in community life. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking and teamwork; a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. This is a full-time evening position offering benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, holiday pay, and 401(k) with company match. Education requirement: high school diploma not required; six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred. Salary: $21.00 per hour (annualized to $43,680).
