Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop meaningful relationships while providing care that promotes independence and community inclusion. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, adaptability, patience, and a compassionate demeanor. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with preferred experience in human services.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
