Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities and enjoy favorite hobbies. Provide direct care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those facing complex needs. This role requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Schedule includes overnight shifts from 10pm to 8am across varying days.
