Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal hygiene, developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition, and participation in community activities. Support participants who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs while developing meaningful relationships. Take initiative to help individuals live well and enjoy their favorite activities. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a fully insured personal vehicle. Shifts include every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping people grow, learn, and live independently across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18yrs of age
- Six months of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
