Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Provide direct care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs, while maintaining patience and compassion. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with insurance, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Full-time on-call/relief position with competitive pay on demand, full benefits including 401(k) match, and paid time off.
