Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping them achieve developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and fostering meaningful relationships that encourage community participation. Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs while taking initiative to help participants enjoy their favorite activities. Maintain a clean driving record and provide a reliable, insured vehicle for travel. This role includes weekend shifts and relief on-call rotations for full-time employees earning $17 hourly. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Six months of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
