Job Summary
Lead commodity strategy for Configured Mechanical Systems within the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine New Unit Projects; drive supplier performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost; manage supplier panels, qualification with engineering teams, and cross-functional collaboration to improve supply security, capacity, and cost savings. Partner with materials management to improve delivery, cycle times, and vendor billbacks; monitor KPIs (OTD, NCRs, invoicing); support NPI projects and transition negotiated capacity to fulfillment teams; ensure compliance with Quality and EHS standards across projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing/s sourcing/negotiation, and ERP/BI tools (e.g., Tableau). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills; ability to operate in a global matrix organization and with export-controlled information."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or other related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
- 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Negotiation
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
