Job Summary
Provide support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center-Based programs under the general direction of the Direct Service Manager. Offer MIKID licensable services to primary caregivers while supporting the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families in the child's home, a licensed facility, or the community. Complete all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services. Requirements include a High School degree, 6 months of experience in behavioral health or childcare, CPR/First Aid Certification, and a valid Arizona Driver's License with business use vehicle insurance. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- 6 months of experience in behavioral health or childcare
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Business use vehicle insurance
- Vehicle registration
- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services
