Direct Service Provider - Community Activities

Provide care and assist individuals with diverse abilities in their home, community, or during job activities. Help clients learn new tasks, increase independence, and enjoy social experiences. Maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, personal vehicle, and insurance. Pass criminal and caregiver background checks. Work flexible part-time shifts up to 29 hours per week with no holidays. Receive paid training and benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) for employees working over 20 hours.
