Job Summary
Lead the shift and provide direct care services to individuals receiving ASAM Level 3.5 residential substance use disorder treatment. Model professionalism, person-centered care, and trauma-informed practices while mentoring Direct Service Professionals. Serve as the designated shift leader, promoting a safe, therapeutic, recovery-oriented environment and ensuring consistency across operations. Collaborate closely with the Program Supervisor and clinical team as the primary resource for staff during routine activities. Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health or residential services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field
- QMHP
- Minimum one year of experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential services, or a related human services field
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees that speak multiple languages
