Job Summary

Direct Service Behavior Analyst provides 1:1 ABA services in home or school settings, conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, FBAs), developing and monitoring individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, using evidence-based modalities (including DTT and naturalistic ABA), and collaborating with families and related service providers. The role requires NY licensure or BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and compliance with ethical/licensing standards; involves flexible scheduling, potential telehealth options, and paid hourly compensation of $110-$130 with part-time status.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Behavior Analyst in New York State and/or Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
  • Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs (including DTT and naturalistic ABA approaches) for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors across the age groups
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
  • Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development
