Job Summary
Conduct outside sales by visiting small and medium businesses to discuss insurance products with owners and key decision-makers. Deliver presentations to employee groups and build relationships with local business owners to find new leads and manage referrals. Respond to client emails and phone calls, set up meetings to review needs, and follow up on cold calls. Maintain a personal client list, report daily sales activities, and work with management to set monthly and quarterly goals. Set your own work schedule and share it weekly while attending team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales or working with customers, especially outside sales
- Ability to teach others, both in person and online
- Good at staying organized and talking to people clearly
- A strong desire to help and care for others
- Health & Life general lines license, or the ability to get it within 90 days
- Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of work experience
