Direct Sales Representative- Residential

Direct Sales Representative for residential internet services. Conducts door-to-door outside sales, representing an Astound internet provider in a residential setting. Engage residents, property management groups, and referrals to obtain new customers, present quotes, and sign-up orders. Field-based, face-to-face interactions with a focus on outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and building Astound brand awareness. Responsibilities include reviewing property contracts, understanding service levels and obligations, pursuing leads, attending mandatory sales meetings, reporting sales statistics, and meeting quotas. Must be able to work outdoors, possess strong communications and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Base salary with uncapped commissions and potential earnings up to six figures; PA base salary listed as $38,816.34 with total on-target earnings around $89,000.
