Direct Sales Representative in the Midland–Odessa, TX market handling residential door-to-door outreach and in-field engagement. You will obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources; present and quote services, sign-up orders, and execute marketing campaigns to build Astound brand awareness. The role is field-based with occasional travel to the nearest office, requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and demands strong communication, relationship-building, and quota-driven selling. Base salary starts at $34,000 with uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings of up to $90,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with weekend flexibility, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
