Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door residential sales by visiting potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders. Aggressively pursue daily leads and understand unique elements of assigned properties within the portfolio. Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic campaigns, and build brand awareness while reviewing contract language, service levels, and obligations. Articulate solutions based on customer needs and report sales statistics accurately to management. Stay updated on market competition and attend mandatory sales meetings. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for this field-based role with flexible scheduling.
