Direct Sales Representative for residential internet services. Door-to-door/outside sales in a residential environment, engaging residents and property managers through face-to-face interactions to obtain new customer sign-ups. Base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions and a Total On-Target Earnings of up to $89,000. Must be comfortable working in the field 90% of the time, have excellent communications and relationship-building skills, and be self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Regular in-person sales meetings and local territory knowledge are expected; includes marketing activities and understanding property contract language to articulate solutions and close orders. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role with the potential for significant earnings through commissions.
