Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door residential sales by visiting potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and process sign-up orders. Aggressively pursue daily leads, understand unique property elements within the portfolio, and articulate solutions based on customer requirements. Distribute marketing materials, facilitate strategic campaigns, and build brand awareness while accurately reporting sales statistics to management. Review contract language, service levels, and obligations before closing deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market competition and attend mandatory sales meetings. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously
- Must be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skills
- You are sales-quota driven
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
- Enjoys working outdoors 'on the hunt' since 90% of all work is in the field
- Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills
- You have a positive, creative and persuasive personality
