Job Summary
Conduct in-person cold calling at customers' homes, networking, and referrals to educate prospects on voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory. Make sales calls to determine needs, gather information, and sell client services to meet quotas. Prepare daily documentation of sales orders, agreements, and reports for supervisor review. Manage customer accounts from sale through installation, performing post-installation telephone follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Set up and attend community events to generate additional sales opportunities. Requires 6+ months of sales experience, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain necessary licenses. Earn $60k to $100k annually with uncapped potential and a $9,500 guaranteed first-year income.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of sales/customer service experience
- current military service
- prior military service with honorable discharge
- Ability to obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell
- access to reliable transportation
