Job Summary
Direct Sales Agent Lead Specialist leads, coaches, and develops a retail store team to attain sales goals with emphasis on customer satisfaction and profitable growth. Responsibilities include growing and retaining current customers by implementing new business and marketing strategies, coordinating store staff in sales reporting, sales administration, and workforce scheduling, and driving production and growth through outbound prospecting, community engagement, and cross-selling initiatives. The role supports a multi-tiered paid training program and base hourly compensation with uncapped incentive potential, while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and company policies. The position involves active participation in local market activities to build a sales pipeline and achieving metrics across quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, and financial performance.
