Direct Sales Agent Specialist sells auto, homeowners, and other insurance products at a retail/market location, driving new business and cross-selling to build and retain a customer book. Role involves selling to walk-in customers, expanding reach through marketing calls and in-person visits to create community relationships, and supporting product offerings including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. Key activities include closing sales, maintaining a sales pipeline through community engagement, outbound outreach, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
