Job Summary
Direct Sales Agent Specialist drives new business growth by selling auto, life, and related insurance products to walk-in customers and through community outreach. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, cross-selling existing accounts, leveraging local networks (car dealerships, events, organizations), initiating outbound calls to targeted customers, maintaining a sales pipeline, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies. The role requires active selling across multiple channels, a strong emphasis on customer service, achieving sales goals, and ongoing collaboration with leadership to plan and execute marketing and sales processes.
