Job Summary
Direct Response Representative responsible for driving early-stage revenue growth by converting high-intent inbound demand into qualified pipeline and shaping first impressions of the Genesys Cloud platform. You will manage inbound lead flow to rapidly qualify and convert into sales-ready opportunities, engage prospects through consultative conversations, deliver high-level product demonstrations, collaborate with sales teams to transition opportunities, and maintain pipeline momentum. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, aligning them with Genesys Cloud solutions, and applying structured prospecting techniques to expand engagement within target accounts, with a focus on building a long-term career in sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience through military service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and sales methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales
- Internship or early experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals (preferred)
